Family Planning Therapy
Deciding whether to have a baby is deeply personal—a choice only you can make.
However, societal pressures, cultural expectations, and opinions from those around you can make it difficult to tune in to what you truly want for your life.
At Open Minds Studio, our psychologists provide a non-directive approach, helping you connect with your values, needs, and current circumstances so you can make a decision that feels right for you. Recognising the importance of this process, Medicare offers additional rebates for up to three non-directive counselling sessions.
Whether you’re considering the timing of conception, egg freezing, termination, or adoption, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with compassionate support.
