Circle of Security Parenting Program

The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program is an evidence-based approach designed to help parents and caregivers build strong, secure relationships with their children. Rooted in attachment theory, this program provides insights into children's emotional needs, helping parents and carers respond in ways that foster security, confidence, and emotional resilience.

Through COSP, parents learn to:
✔ Understand their child’s behaviour and emotional cues
✔ Support their child’s ability to manage emotions and build healthy relationships
✔ Reflect on their parenting patterns and how they impact their child
✔ Strengthen the parent-child bond for long-term emotional well-being

This program is suitable for expecting parents, parents and carers of children of all ages and is particularly beneficial for those wanting to enhance connection, manage challenging behaviours, and create a more secure, loving environment.

At Open Minds Studio, our director Kayla Cutajar is a Certified COSP facilitator, offering COSP in a supportive and judgment-free space, helping you feel more confident and attuned in your parenting journey. This program is delivered via Zoom/Telehealth to allow for accessibility for all parents.
