Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours'
notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the incurrence of a
cancellation fee (50% of full fee).
Non-attendance to appointment: Clients that fail to attend a scheduled appointment will
incur a non-attendance fee (100% of full fee)
Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation without the required notice, a cancellation fee
will be applied. This fee must be settled within 3 business days to maintain future
appointments.
Non-Response and Future Appointments: Failure to pay the cancellation fee / non-
attendance fee within the stipulated time and non-responsiveness to contact attempts within
3 working days will result in the cancellation of future appointments.
Repeated Cancellations: Clients who cancel two or more appointments within a two-month
period may not receive priority for future bookings. In such cases, appointment slots may be
offered to other waiting clients.
Please note that adherence to this policy ensures fair scheduling and availability for all clients.
* Medicare, DVA, TAC and Work cover will not rebate for cancelled or missed sessions.
* In some cases, payment plans can be organised for cancellation fees. If payment plans are
not met, we reserve the right to cancel future appointments and prioritise waiting clients.
